VALENCIA PRIMA GIORNATA DI TEST 2019

Il 2019 è ufficialmente iniziato!

Oggi sulla pista di Valencia sono cominciati i primi test per la stagione 2019 con Joan Mir nuovo alfiere Suzuki.

La giornata è cominciata con pista bagnata poi verso le 11,00 i piloti sono entrati in pista per la loro presa di confidenza chi con evoluzioni della propria moto chi con moto completamente nuove.

In casa Suzuki Joan Mir si è trovato subito a suo agio e Alex Rins continua il lavoro da dove si era concluso con l'ultima gara del campionato.

Questa giornata vede Rins in 12" posizione staccato di 0,986 da Vinales primo e Mir 15" staccato di 1,371 dal miglior tempo di giornata.

Domani vedremo se i piloti cominceranno a spingere di più sul gas o se continueranno il lavoro di sviluppo e presa di confidenza con i particolari 2019.

RINS MAGICO PODIO A VALENCIA

Alex Rins conferma la seconda posizione in qualifica portando la sua Suzuki sul secondo gradino del podio a Valencia.
Gara partita sotto la pioggia dove Alex parte benissimo e in pochi giri al comando vanta un vantaggio di quasi 4 secondi sugli inseguitori,con il passare dei giri la pioggia aumenta e anche i piloti che cadono aumentano a dismisura fino a quando Dovizioso e Rossi arrivano a ridosso della Suzuki passandola e fermando la gara per la troppa pioggia.
Alla ripartenza Dovizioso impone il suo ritmo e vince la gara ma Alex conferma quanto di buono c'è e arriva sul podio conquistando un grande secondo posto.
Questo è un buon finale di stagione e una speranza che tra due giorni con l'inizio dei test la moto faccia un ulteriore passo avanti e possa stare stabilmente nelle posizioni che contano.
Con la fine della stagione salutiamo anche Andrea Iannone che la prossima stagione sarà in sella ad una Aprilia.

Super Rins in Qualifica

Super Rins nella qualifica dell'ultima gara stagionale di Valencia dove nella Q1 Iannone si era dimostrato fortissimo passando il taglio in Q2 e dove Alex Rins centra una grande seconda piazza sulla griglia di partenza ed Andrea Iannone un incoraggiante settimo posto.
la moto sicuramente in questo finale di stagione è notevolmente migliorata e i due piloti riescono a portarla al limite con risultati di grande spessore.
Domani il meteo si preannuncia ancora variabile,vedremo quindi se con un setting piu dolce dove conta di più il pilota che gara faranno i due alfieri Suzuki

Thanks Aleix

In the end even this day has come, as we all now know some day our Aleix Espargaro in 2017 will always be in MotoGP but will lead an Aprilia.

Aleix has been with us since the beginning, by marrying a very ambitious project, to grow Suzuki from a drawing on a piece of paper and take it to be competitive and fight for the podium.

His work has been immense and if Suzuki can now 'fight for the podium a good chunk of credit is also his own, without taking anything away from engineers and all the experts who worked day and night for this project.

The philosophy of the drivers was from the beginning to have an experienced pilot and talent and a young man of good prospects to fish in the minor categories, hoping to find new talent.

Aleix è stato con noi fin da subito,sposando un progetto molto ambizioso,far crescere la Suzuki da un disegno su un foglio di carta e portarla ad essere competitiva per lottare e salire sul podio.

Il suo lavoro è stato immenso e se oggi Suzuki puo' lottare per salire sul podio una buona fetta di merito è anche sua,senza nulla togliere ad ingeneri e tutti gli addetti ai lavori che lavoravano giorno e notte per questo progetto.

La filosofia dei piloti è stata fin da subito quella di avere un pilota di grande esperienza e talento ed uno giovane di buone prospettive da pescare nelle categorie minori sperando di trovare il nuovo talento.

Abbiamo visto in questi anni con Aleix e Maverick che il progetto è buono e valido e che la strada presa è quella giusta,

Grazie Aleix per questi anni passati con noi e per aver contribuito a realizzare un progetto che per molti era solo fantasia.

Per il 2017 con Vinales passato in Yamaha e Aleix in Aprilia i due piloti ufficiali saranno Andrea Iannone e Alex Rins continuando con la linea esperienza e giovane promessa.

SUZUKI IANNONE 2017

WINGS ON SUZUKI

Le Mans oltre ad essere una pista molto tecnica si ritrova ad essere un banco di prova importante dopo gli ultimi aggiornamenti e modifiche che ci sono state,in primis delle gomme Michelin che non garantendo una giusta affidabilità sono corsi ai ripari con una nuova gomma e tutti ora devono abituarsi a questa nuova carcassa e fare girare bene la moto.

Oltretutto sulla Suzuki sono arrivati nuovi aggiornamenti di elettronica e questi sembrerebbero dare i risultati sperati piazzando Aleix e Maverick nella prima giornata di prove libere nella parte alta della classifica con dei buoni tempi sul giro.

Il tempo sembra essere dalla nostra parte e non prevede pioggia ,oggi vedremo nella fp4 e nella qualifica se si riuscirà a fare un ulteriore passo in avanti per un setting ottimale in vista della gara di domani.

VINALES SECOND IN THE RAIN!!!

Il tempo non concede tregua oggi con momenti di pioggia e altri di asciutto che complica il compito di tutti i piloti senza avere la possibilità di avere un buon setting per svolgere il lavoro programmato.

In casa Suzuki si registra il Secondo posto di Vinales dietro a Petrucci,è una bella iniezione di fiducia la posizione di oggi,questo vuol dire che in condizioni critiche maverick è messo bene e può dire la sua.

Per contro questa condizione meteo non da la possibilià di svolgere il lavoro che il Team aveva programmato sia per migliorare l'elettronica che è un grande punto interrogativo per tutti che per affinare il cambio Seamless dove Suzuki qui portava la versione due da testare sulla Gsx-RR.

Aleix invece si trova nelle retrovie non avendo fatto molti giri per evitare inutili rischi che ci possono essere cadendo in queste condizioni.

Diciamo che alla fine la classifica dei tempi di oggi non è data molto dalle novià portate dalle varie scuderie ma solamente dal polso dei piloti.

Domani si spera in um meteo migliore per vedere qualche dato più interessante avendo a disposizione per Suzuki anche pilota tester per velocizzare il lavoro.

FUNCTION AS THE SEAMLESS ??

Suzuki for the 2016 season introduces expectations with mole on his two MotoGP the much-desired return to Seamless continuous grafts.

  Suzuki per la stagione 2016 introduce con mole aspettative sulle sue due MotoGp il tanto desiderato cambio Seamless ad innesti continui.

La prima casa ad introdurre questo raffinato cambio è stata la Honda che ancora oggi custodisce gelosamente tutti i segreti di questa magia di cambio e non tutti i meccanici all'interno del box possono vedere i lavori che vengono fatti sul cambio per non mostrare troppo qualche suo segreto di costruzione,poi arrivò la Yamaha,Ducati ed ora anche Suzuki.

La particolarià di questo cambio è che ci sono due marce innestate ed un complesso sistema permette il passaggio della trazione da da una marcia all'altra sia in salita che in scalata.

Per spiegarla meglio siamo in quarta e il pilota preme la leva per passare in quinta,in realtà il pilota sta solo passando la trazione dalla quarta alla quinta che è gia innestata e questo produce un tempo infinitesimale molto piu breve per cambiare che vuol dire che il tempo sul giro sarà più veloce e sulla distanza di gara la differenza si può quantificare in diversi secondi.

Inoltre questo cambio grazie alla quasi assenza di tempi morti permette alla moto di avere una migliore stabilità proprio in quelle frazioni che in una curva posso fare la differenza in termini di prestazione tra avere una moto stabile ed una scomposta.

Sicuramente sarà un grosso vantaggio per la Suzuki,ci sarà da lavorare per affinarlo e farlo funzionare alla perfezione,i rivali lo usano da diverso tempo e sanno molto bene come farlo funzionare al meglio.

Dagli ultimi test sia Vinales che Espargarò sono rimasti molto colpiti e felici di questa nuova introduzione e stanno aspettando il prossimo test per lavorarci sopra e renderlo un'arma in più per la stagione che sta per partire

SEPANG TEST DAY 2 CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

Seconda giornata di test sul circuito Malese di Sepang per i due piloti del Team Suzuki Espargarò e Vinales.

La seconda giornata è stata caratterizzata ancora una volta come è normale che sia dal lavoro di presa dati dei nuovi componenti,in particolare il settore dell'elettronica è dove si cerca di lavorare di più e trovare nuove strade e soluzioni,oggi una buona elettronica può fare la differenza tra una moto competitiva e una no.

Nella mattinata sia Aleix che Maverick sono stati chiamati ad un lavoro di test sulle varie componenti compreso il nuovo motore più potente e con un'erogazione piena e fluida apprezzata dai due piloti e il nuovo telaio che dovrebbe mantenere la buona ciclistica della moto come la passata stagione pur avendo più potenza da scaricare a terra.

Comunque la giornata è stata positiva, Vinales sente ancora il posteriore scappare su questa pista dove il grip non è dei migliori e cerca di lavorare per trovare una soluzione a questo problema che lo aiuti anche su altre piste simili a questa,inoltre solo Vinales è uscito anche con la gomma morbida per una serie di tornate prima che l'incidente di Loris Baz rendesse la gomma non più utilizzabile da nessun pilota per il pericolo strutturare che Michelin deve risolvere,

Anche per Aleix giornata di lavoro positiva ma con qualche problema in più di gioventù dei nuovi pezzi da testare e poi con l'incidente di Baz i suoi tempi sono stati fatti solamente con gomma dura.

Proprio cosi,ancora non siamo scesi in pista e gia si parla di piloti per la prossima stagione dove tutti i migliori piloti saranno liberi di guardarsi attorno ed in #Suzuki la perla che molte case vogliono è Maverick #Vinales,il Talentuoso pilota dopo aver fatto la passata stagione di ambientamento alla classe regina e avendo dimostrato di starci e poter dire la sua,molti Team pensano proprio a lui per sostituire uno dei loro eventuali piloti di punta in partenza.
Il suo talento cristallino è sotto gli occhi di tutti,ogni volta che è entrato in pista dimostrava  sempre qualcosa in più dando idea di avere grandi margini di miglioramento.
La missione di Suzuki sarà anche quella di provare a tenerselo il più a lungo possibile perchè sanno bene che oltre ad Aleix per puntare in alto serve un pilota forte ed ora in Suzuki ci sono due piloti molto forti, ma la concorrenza sarà di sicuro spietata e faranno di tutto per cercare di prenderlo.

Il Seamless è Pronto!

Finalmente ora possiamo dire che anche sulle suzuki GSX-RR sarà presente il tanto osannato cambio Seamless.

Utilizzato nell'ultimo test 2015 con risultati in termini di prestazione e miglioramenti molto positivi,confermati sia da Vinales che dal collaudatore impegnati nell'ultima sessione prima dello stop invernale.

E' un grande passo in avanti che permetterà a Suzuki di avvicinare i Top competitors e dire la sua nella stagione che sta per cominciare.

La stagione appena conclusa invece è stata positiva sia per come è andata, lontani da molto tempo dalle gare,il riento,il duro lavoro e in più di un'occasione nelle prime posizioni in qualifica e con ottimi piazzamenti in gara.

Oltretutto la stagione conclusa è stata molto utile per raccogliere tutta una serie di informazioni riferite alle piste e comportamento della moto che verranno travasati sulla nuova moto e utilizzati per i futuri aggiornamenti.

In questi giorni è stato inviato tutto il materiale e nuove soluzioni per il test di inizio stagione.

Conclusa la gara del Mugello Il Team #suzuki ritorna alla base con numerose considerazioni, In primo luogo la moto sta progredendo di gara in gara con sviluppi che vanno nella giusta direzione, dall’altra i piloti entrano sempre più in simbiosi con la moto e i loro risultati stanno man mano migliorando.

Partiamo dalla Moto

Nuovi aggiornamenti e grande lavoro da parte del Team Corse sull’elettronica e ciclistica stanno facendo progredire la moto di gara in gara, il lavoro da fare è ancora tanto si è visto molto bene anche al Mugello che nella parte più guidata e dove la moto deve scorrere il più pulito possibile i tempi erano di primissimo livello  in certi momenti anche meglio di Honda e Yamaha ma poi sul dritto dove il motore pecca ancora di 30/40 cavalli la velocità di punta ne risentiva parecchio e li tutto il vantaggio  della parte guidata veniva perso per i 10/15 km/h in meno rispetto alle moto più competitive.

Parliamo ora dei piloti 

Maverick Vinales

Il suo è stato il miglior risultato della stagione il settimo posto è una bella iniezione di fiducia per il giovane e talentuoso pilota, sappiamo tutti del suo grande talento e piano piano che gli automatismi si migliorano anche i risultati vengono sempre migliorati è sulla pista Italiana si è visto molto bene.

Aleix Espargarò

Discorso diverso per Aleix, grandi risultati in prova ma con il problema alla mano che ancora  gli da fastidio nella guida e gli da problemi in resistenza per la durata della gara gli provoca una caduta in gara e vanifica il suo sforzo fatto nel fine settimana

Adesso ci si sposta sul circuito di Barcellona ,terra di casa per i nostri due piloti e con due settimane di recupero per Aleix vedremo cosa sanno in grado di fare, certo che il lungo rettilineo non ci è favorevole ma nel resto del circuito potremo dire la nostra in attesa di nuovi step di motore per colmare la differenza con gli altri Team

We got to the fifth stage of the World Cup 2015, this weekend we run on the French circuit of Le Mans.

Team Suzuki Ecstar is traveling to the circuit where you will find a track transmission that could be favorable, after a very good start to the season and with the wonder of seeing often rivals Team Suzuki Blue in front of them now work becomes even more hard.

Siamo arrivati alla quinta tappa del Mondiale 2015 ,questo fine settimana si corre sul circuito Francese di Le Mans.

Il Team Suzuki Ecstar sta viaggiando verso il circuito dove si troverà su una pista che potrebbe esserle favorevole,dopo un inizio di stagione molto buono e con lo stupore dei Team rivali vedendosi spesso la Suzuki Blu davanti alle loro,adesso il lavoro si fa ancora più duro.

Il problema più grande di questa moto è la potenza,mancano 20/30 cavalli nei confronti di Honda Yamaha e Ducati,e questo si fa sentire molto sulle piste dove ci sono dei lunghi rettifili e li noi soffriamo parecchio,per contro abbiamo un'ottimo telaio e ciclistica e questo ci permette di avere grande maneggevolezza e la percorrenza di curva e parti miste dei tracciati sono il nostro punto forte e li siamo alla pari e in certi momenti anche superiori alle moto rivali.

Negli ultimi test ci sono stati dei passi avanti per quanto riguarda l'elettronica con degli aggiornamenti mirati ad avere una migliore erogazione della potenza e di conseguenza rovinare meno le gomme ed uscire più velocemente dalle curve.

Espargarò e Vinales sono soddisfatti del loro cammino fino ad oggi dove mettono ogni loro sforzo per andare ancora più forte e per far uscire il potenziale da questa moto.

Vediamo anche che Vinales con il passare delle gare anche se non subito dietro ma si avvicinna ad Espargarò questo dimostra il grande talento e che sta prendendo sempre più confidenza con la moto e nuova classe,Questo va tutto a favore del Team che con due piloti di ottimo livello potranno accorciare i tempi di sviluppo e test delle nuove modifiche.

FP1 LOSAIL POSITIVE DAY

Più staccato Maverick Vinales in diciassettesima posizione staccato di 1,641 da Marquez per lui il lavoro è ancora tanto , è tutto nuovo e deve affinare certi automatismi e confidenza ma sicuramente lo troveremo diverse posizioni più in alto.
La notizia riguardante gli avversari è che sia Ducati che Yamaha non sono nelle prime posizioni come si era visto nei test dei precedenti giorni,forse qualche pilota si sta nascondendo per far vedere il vero potenziale quando il cronometro conterà veramente.

Terzo e ultimo giorno di test sul circuito di Losail dove il brutto tempo regna sulla pista con una pioggia incessante per tutta la giornata.
Per questo Nessun team è entrato in pista ed il lavoro di tutti si è fermato,per quanto ci riguarda è stato fatto un buon lavoro nelle due precedenti giornate,permettendoci di avere una buona quantità di informazioni utili per il Team in previsione del lavoro di sviluppo e settaggio della moto.
Naturalmente anche i due piloti Espargaò e Vinales non sono felici di aver per suna giornata per loro preziosa per prendere ancora più confidenza con il mezzo e avvicinarsi alla prima gara ancora più carichi.
Tra pochi giorni si tornerà in pista ma stavolta il cronometro sarà l'unico vero avversario.

QATAR TEST DAY 2

Giornata di grande lavoro per il Team Suzuki oggi.
Si è lavorato tanto sul setup delle gomme , per capire quale mescola funziona meglio e quale decideranno i piloti di utilizzare per la prima gara del Mondiale.
Il Lavoro in casa Suzuki è tanto,c'è da recuperare terreno e tirare fuori il potenziale dalla moto,si è lavorato sull'elettronica e controllo di trazione,zone dove c'è qualche problema e dove si può migliorare molto.
Nella giornata di test odierna si è visto che ci sono tanti piloti nello spazio di un secondo,questo vuol dire che la competività del gruppo è molto alta e basta un piccolo errore per passare dalle posizioni di testa al fondo.
Per quanto riguarda la classifica troviamo Aleix in P.12 con un distacco di 0.888 da Dovizioso primo,Vinales in P.14 con un distacco di 0.903.
Oggi il aproblema e lavoro più grande è stato quello di lavorare sulle gomme e trovare la giusta fiducia sulla mescola da utilizzare.
I piloti si trovano meglio con la mescola dura , la differenza con la morbida non è eccessiva ma rimane ancora un giorno di test per fare una prova per vedere quale sia la più efficace e fare un setup ottimale per la gara.

QATAR TEST DAY 1

Siamo ad una settimana esatta dall'inizio del Mondiale 2015 e tutte le scuderie arrivano sul circuito di Losail per trovare il miglior setup delle proprie moto e cercare di lottare per le prime posizioni.

Suzuki arriva su qesta pista dove cerca di trovare il setting migliore per fare una buona gara e avvicinare i topo Team.

Espargarò era ansiosio di arrivare qui per vedere il comportamento della moto su questa pista e fare una comparazione tra le mescole delle gomme.

Vinales è ancora in fase di apprendistato per il salto nella nuova classe ma con il suo enorme talento fa vedere che anche lui c'è ma deve lavorare ancora parecchio per aumentare la confidenza con la moto e spingere di più.

Alla fine della prima giornata troviamo Aleix quarto con 4 decimi di ritardo da Iannone primo e Vinales undicesimo con 8 decimi di ritardo,i piloti si possono ritenere comunque soddisfatti del lavoro fatto offi e del risultato ottenuto,grazie anche al buon potenziale della moto che piano piano viene fuori.

TEAM SUZUKI ECSTAR GSX-RR UNVEILED AT SUZUKA

The new Team SUZUKI ECSTAR GSX-RR made its first public appearance in new livery at the weekend’s Motorsport Fan Appreciation Day at Suzuka Circuit in Japan. 

Some 57,000 visitors attended the popular event to see Team SUZUKI ECSTAR test rider Nobuatsu Aoki complete a track demonstration alongside 2014 All Japan Superbike Champion Katsuyuki Nakasuga (Yamaha YZR-M1) and 2013/ 2014 Suzuka 8-Hour race winner Takumi Takahasi (Honda RC213V). 

Fans also got an opportunity to view the new GSX-RR up close during a pit walk and also poster giveaway promotion by Suzuki Motor Corporation and the team. 

Said Aoki: “It was great opportunity to show our GSX-RR to a large crowd of people at Suzuka circuit and see so many excited fans with the performance of the MotoGP machine.
