Davide Brivio intervistato al Sachsenring “Faremo altri test nella seconda parte della stagione, andresmo al Mugello, a Aragon e quindi a Valencia: ci sarebbe l’idea di partecipare all’ultima gara come wildcard. Ne stiamo parlando internamente, aspettiamo comunque la conferma dal nostro management.”

Non credo che l’alternativa sarà quella di rimanere a casa, quindi se io fossi Cal, prima di decidere se continuare o meno in Ducati, mi guarderei intorno e vedrei cosa è disponibile…. e credo che questo è quello che sta facendo con noi.“

Sempre Brivio a proposito della rosa dei “papabili” – Dovizioso, Crutchlow ed Espargarò –  ha aggiunto: “in realtà non è una lista di soli due o tre nomi. Credo che sia corretto che si cerchi di capire chi è disponibile, ma è anche importante che il pilota sia veramente motivato a far parte della nostra sfida. Suzuki rappresenta una sfida, perché al momento non stiamo correndo in MotoGP ed è difficile giudicare il potenziale della nostra moto. Così, è necessario aver fiducia su cosa possiamo fare. Davide Brivio Team Manager Suzuki presente sul circuito di Catalunya per la tappa del mondiale conferma che il Team Suzuki potrebbe rientrare prima del 2015 proprio nell'ultima tappa di Valencia 2014,questo grazie ad i molti test fatti nell'ultimo periodo ed i dati ricevuti confrontati con i rivali danno buone prospettive per il Team.
Randy De Puniet poi girerà ancora nella giornata di lunedi per i test collettivi.
Il Team è sempre alla ricerca di un pilota forte per il 2015,in queste ultime settimane si sono fatti molti nomi,ma la strada sembra essere proprio quella di Dovizioso,dove la firma per il rinnovo con Ducati non è ancora arrivata
